CHOCOLATE MOUSSE


Ingredients:

125g Chocolate
3 Spoonful of milk
3 Egg yolks
4 Egg white
3 Spoonful of sugar
75g Butter
Salt


First of all, in a saucepan over low heat put the chopped chocolate and milk.

When the chocolate has melted remove from heat and add the chopped butter.
Then, mix the yolks and sugar in a separate bowl
Next, is added the chocolate mixture. It’s important to stir well.
Then beat egg whites until stiff and add a pinch of salt.
When the chocolate mixture has already cooled, add the egg whites slowly.

Last of all, pour the mousse into the cups, cover and place into the refrigerator for at least, two hours.
