GERARD'S CAKE

Ingredients:

3 eggs
Yeast
2 glasses of milk
3 glasses of sugar
1 glass of oil
3 glasses of flour

First of all, pour all these ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Then, pour the mixture in another bowl.
Last of all, put the bowl in the oven for 45 minutes

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

125g Chocolate

3 Spoonful of milk

3 Egg yolks

4 Egg white

3 Spoonful of sugar

75g Butter

Salt

First of all, in a saucepan over low heat put the chopped chocolate and milk.

When the chocolate has melted remove from heat and add the chopped butter.

Then, mix the yolks and sugar in a separate bowl

Next, is added the chocolate mixture. It’s important to stir well.

Then beat egg whites until stiff and add a pinch of salt.

When the chocolate mixture has already cooled, add the egg whites slowly.

Last of all, pour the mousse into the cups, cover and place into the refrigerator for at least, two hours.

RICE WITH MILK

     Our pupils are making delicious recipes in our English classes.

     Here you have the recipe cooked by Lidia, Alba and Laura.

     Ingredients:

-200g of rice

-1 small tin of  condensed milk (la lechera)

-1 lemon

-1 stick of cinnamon

- ground cinnamon

First of all, add condensed milk, ¾ l water, lemon peel and the stick of cinnamon to a medium saucepan and cook for a few minutes.

Then add the rice and let it cook at low head, mixing the ingredients occasionally, for 30 minutes.

Last of all, remove the cinnamon and lemon peel and serve it cold, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Dear families and children,

A new course has started and we can't wait to tell you what we are doing in class.

As last year, we have got English classes from P5 to 6th course. 

Moreover,  we improve our artistic and English skills in the arts workshop (1st-6th) and ambients (P3-P5).

From P3 to P5 at the artistic ambient.
From 1st to 3rd helped by Picasso's painting.
From 4th to 6th helped by Leonardo da Vinci and his views of the human body proportions.

Let us more time and we will show you our talent!

El nou curs ha començat i no podem esperar per contar-vos que fem a classe.

Com l'any passat, tenim classes d'anglès de P5 a 6th.

A més, millorem l'anglès i les nostres habilitats artístiques al taller de plàstica (primària) i ambients (infantil).

De 1r a 3r ajudats pels quadres de Picasso.
De 4t a 6è ajudats per Leonardo Da Vinci i la seva visió de les proporcions del cos humà.
